Progress. From the beginning.
With this slogan Artur Bayerlein founded the 3D-Konstruktion Bayerlein GmbH in 2005.
In the meantime, this guiding principle has become the program. Through continuous growth, constant investments and the highest product quality, the company has matured into an all-rounder in tool and mold making.
From construction and development to assembly and sampling of the finished tool, we take care of all work steps. With our 12 highly motivated and qualified employees, we master every challenge.
Our claim: "Satisfy every customer and have a solution for every requirement".
History
1997
Registration of a sideline business with the service of CNC contract programming of milling machines.
1998
Expansion of the service include 3D construction for tool and mold making.
2002
Entry into complete independence with the service of 3D construction of die-casting, pressing and injection molding tools and the creation of NC-Programs for milling machines.
2005
Move to a building with adjacent production hall and simultaneous expansion of services to include 5-axis HSC contract manufacturing.
2008
Foundation of 3D-Konstruktion Bayerlein GmbH by Artur Bayerlein. New building of an own construction office with a production hall.
2017
Introduction of a quality management system and simultaneous certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
today
Currently, 3D-Konstruktion Bayerlein GmbH employs 12 people. The core competences include the development, construction and parts production of die-casting, pressing and injection molding tools as well as the contract manufacturing of individual parts, electrodes, prototypes and small to medium-sized series from all machinable materials in the 5-axis milling technology.
